My contract has expired and I went to a Cell C store to complete the forms for changing to Pre-paid. This was done in-store Cell C Kolonnade. Form with ID was faxed to them. We received a reference number from the Cell C person and was told to phone the following week to enquire about when the Prepaid data would be. I do not have this reference nr any more and was told that this request was never received. My pre-paid topup was suspended yet AGAIN and after getting confirmation the last three times from Cell C that my daughter could handle the querries as she uses the phone, she was refused service once again. I WANT THE PRE-PAID SERVICE ACTIVATED IMMEDIATELLY OR CANCEL THE NR COMPLETELY. I WILL GO TO VODACOM AND GET A PRE-PAID. MY 24 MONTH CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED ALREADY. CELL C HAS NOT DELIVERD ON ANY PROMISES MADE AND I AM SICK OF THIS
