My celphone was on the 10th October I reported the incident and submitted a claim immediately, the claim was only processed this morning and now it seems almost impossible to get a replacement due to several mtn stores being out of stock of the samsung galaxy S4! I wonder if stock will become available if I buy the celphone or take up a new contract!!!
