I was in the store to enquire about the purchase of a memory card for my phone. The first staff member wanted to know what my phone number was. I do not know what my contract have to do with a memory card but ok. He notified me he could not assist. I asked for a manager. The manager came with the same thing because the contract is not in my name. My question is what does the contract have to do with accessories for my phone. I went to MTN and was helped not even having a contract with them. Poor service Vodacom. Your staff is not trained and rude to customers.
