Did an upgrade on the 07/10/2013 for the blackberry z10, phone were freezing so I returned it on the 11/10/2013... phone was sent by the phoenix voda shop were I did the upgrade for an obf, after 5days the store phoned me to let me know that I shud come in store to pick up a new blackerry z10, I refused the deal and requested a cancelation on the upgrade from the store, a day later when I got to the the store to find out the nature of the upgrade the store was closed due to renovations, iv contacted the vodcom customer care number but they cudnt assist said I shud go the the store I did the upgrade to cancel it... waited for more than 2weeks plus my 1st debit order went out the contract is not canceled plus I don't have a phone but iv paid for it. I put in a claim wid vodacom (111) and took them about 2weeks to call me, when I xplained to the consultant wat had happened she called the store and requested them to cancel the upgrade cause the phone is with the store and said within 24hr it will be cancelled that was on thursday 14/11/2013.I called the cancelation dept today (18/11/2013 to find out wat is happening and the said the store did not do the cancelation.
