Good Day
I am really disappointed in the service i recieved from Vodacom. i requested several times via email and live chat to update my ITC payment profile and to my suprise it was never done. I have to waste my airtime and stuff to email and call to update my itc payment profile i paid up my account long ago why must it still have an impact on my ITC PROFILE. i want this sorted out as soon as possible if this is not done before end of business by friday then i'm taking further action.
