ITC Update request and no response

I recently found out that Nedbank has not been updating my ITC profile and apparently there is a legal action taken that was taken against my name in Sept 2011. I called the call center, they gave me an email add of a person who can help me with the update, i sent Dashnee an email and got an autoresponse saying i must email Nadia. I did that on Friday 19-04-2013. I have not received any response or acknowledgement of the email since then.

I'd also like an explanation of this legal action because as far as i understand, a settlement was paid by the insurance on that month and i later on paid the outstanding amount. I did not receive anything regarding the action. I'd like an explanation an update as the report looks awful.
