MY CREDIT PROFILE UPDATE

I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT ON 15/04/2012, AND I WAS ADVISED THAT MY ITC PROFILE WILL BE UPDATED WITH 7 WORKING DAY. BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. I SENT ANOTHER REQUEST THEN Mark Bruwer ADVISE ME THAT THEY WILL UPDATE MY PROFILE IN THE FIRST WEEK ON MAY 2013. I SENT WILL ANOTHER E-MAIL ON 07/05/2013. HE SAID THEY ARE BUSY WORKING ON IT. TILL TO DATE MY PROFILE IS NOT UPDATED.

PLEASE UPDATE MY PROFILE SO WE CAN PART WAYS PEACEFULLY.
