UPDATE ON MY EXPERIEN CREDIT BEREAU PROFILE

I have had an account with DMC (Lantern) which has now been paid up. Nathani Mulenga promised to update my ITC profiles at Transunion & Experian where I was listed for the said account but to date only the Transunion ITC profile was updated. I still need my Experian ITC profile to be updated as a matter of urgency. I have sent Nathani email messages about this matter & to date I did not receive any response except in the Transunion issue
