Did not send payment profile to credit Credit Bure

I have a incident 26 october 2013 with Edcon (jet) phone me and tell me my amount is arrea i went back to the CNA in Pinetown were i pay the amount the have receive payment but according to them update did not went throught toword my account after this incident i phone Edcon (jet) and find out what i owning. i have paid my account ask them to send letter that me account is pay up and close. 24.12.2013 i apply for home loan and then i find out that Edcon (jet) never send my payment profile to the Credit bureu to update my credit profile.according to my record at the Credit bureau update it still show I am own Jet account is Active and there still amount of R 1 133.00 in Arrears
i phone Edcon (jet) and ask them after 2 month why did they not send my payment profile to the credit bureu i still waiting for the feedback.
