Pointless in having these complaint responses when clearly the matters remain unresolved!!!
my account has been debited once again by Cell C for R550.00, my data line suspended due to the service providers negligence but still billed.
Agent Funiwe was to resolve this by reimbursement however not even a response received.
my account is currently at LEGAL!!! Unacceptable, have numerous colleagues undergoing billing mishaps and will not advise others to sign onto Cell C!!!
