WRONG DEBIT DATES AND AMOUNTS

I took out a contract on a nokia 920 ealy this month. in the agreemant I signed that i wished to have my deductions for the payment go off on the 20th of every month. However to my surprise my deductions were going off on the 15th. I made a report of this to the branch who apologised which I understood to be a mistake. This however did go on to happen once more in the following month just adding to my frastration as i had to go and settle the matter in my spare time and get charged for missing debits.

After the 2nd deduction all returned to normal as they kept to the agreed date. however when everything looked well I woke up on the 22 of October 2013 to find out that I had been overcharged on my deduction by almost double. Honestly this is just too much. How much more disappointment should I take from MTN before seeking legal ground to terminate this contract. I never expected this from MTN as they are one of the leading brands in SA telecommunications.

My wish is for this to be resolved as well as a reimbersement of my charges which have been wrongfully levied on me for the missed payments.
