Change of debit order date without permission

A year ago, almost exactly the same time, I wrote what I am about to write now

I have a debit order from MBD CS That goes off on the 1st of every month.

This month, the debit order gets tracked and processed from the 13th of December 2013, when I haven't yet been paid. I have funds in my account, but these funds are not for MBD to deduct two payments in one month. We have an arrangement for to deduct 1st of each month what makes this month really different, I still get paid as per usual.

I spoke with a agent and informed him that by doing this, MBD will be in breach of the agreement I signed with them relating to this debit order.

The agreement expressly says: "I agree that the creditor shall be entitled to change the date that the deductions are made "deduction date", to coincide with my salary payment date and in the event that the deduction date falls on a weekend or public holiday then in that event "the creditor" shall be entitled to present the payment instruction to the bank prior to such a deduction date..."
By deducting the funds from my account, I would like to point out you are in breach as I would not have received my salary yet.
