Deductions on incorrect dates! double deductions!

I am a new Essential Med customer and this is the umpteenth time that I am having issues with them! this is my second complaint via hello peter, not to mention the many telephonic complaints that I've logged!

I need answers A.S.A.P!! my debit orders keep going through on the incorrect date, even though I supplied my salary date which is the 25th of each month! deduction earlier means that there is insufficient funds, which affects my credit record and could lapse my policy! the amount differs every time!!! I am frustrated by this pathetic service and my patience is running thin!

this month you deducted on the 12th and now again on the 30th!! double deductions.do you think I am a millionaire?? due to this double deduction there was insufficient funds for my Santam policy and I had to transfer funds from my savings account!! I want my money A.S.A.P!! every time you solve my problem, but then it recurs again and again! I am utterly disappointed and disgusted!

if these problems persists, I will have no choice but to cancel my policy!! every time you say it is a "system glitch"! I need answers very soon.
