I have complained before and got no response from Telkom. the same issue different complaint. I cancelled my ADSL on the 09 September 2013, received a Ref no:85445768A to suggest all cancelled. i receive a bill this month for a different package i never took and the ADSl service in my areas don't work.
I don't need a call centre to assist as they have no idea how to assist - they replied from Telkom through hello Peter are one liners and them no response after that.
