Loan deduction on wrong day

I just received an SMS from Capitec bank telling me that my loan deduction failed due to insufficient funds in my account.

This is to be expected because today is the 20th and my deductions are supposed to (and have always been) done on the 25th of every month.

Why the change this month? Why no prior notification of an early deduction? I hope this won't reflect negatively on my credit score/profile.
