Would like to report Media24 they give us a special subscription on Rapport but on a month basis they do a double deduction for the Rapport - after the 1st deduction I cancelled the subscription because they made a double deduction i do not trust them or their account system
I phone their office on numerous occasions spoke to Francois/Rosina without out any luck
Above-mentioned staff also does not sound very help-full over the phone.
This is not the first time that they do double deduction because I also receive Die Burger on a daily basis.
