Absolutely Disgusted, and horrified maybe mtn???

In the 9th month of 2013 i called our vodacom dealer that handles our business contracts to enquire as to when one of our numbers are due for upgrade, they told me the 3/10/13 but they would call to remind us. We then called them on the 6/10/13 wanting to upgrade not only to a new phone but to move to a much larger contract they then told us the available deals, one deal in particular we wanted they said to send a letter head requesting the move, wich we did. We then called them on the 9/10/2013 after not hearing anything thinking that they were doing their jobs just to hear that they wee unable to provide the handsets as the deal has expired. They then agreed to make a request to their helpdesk to get one more deal as they had dropped the ball here. They then AGAIN DID NOT CALL US.On the 12/10/13 we called again to hear that the helpdesk had not responded to theur request they will follow up. On the 14/10/13 WE CALLED AGAIN to hear that they cannot help us and we are welcome to take our business elsewhere, we have between our 2 companies - 20 contracts maybe better then to move to another provider??? I am totally horrified that this is hjow business customers are treated.
