I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT ON 08 OCTOBER 2013. I HAVE MAILED FAXED PROOF OF PAYMENT TO CELL C.
E-MAIL ADRESS IM HAVE USED IS [Email Removed] AND FAX 086 758 5963.. I HAVE SPOKEN TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE SINCE THE 08. I HAVE ALSO LOGED A COMPLAINT VIA INTERNET GET CLOSURE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE RESOLVED TODAY. EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK TO A DIFFERENT PERSON IT VAROUIS THEN THEY PIC THE PAYMENT UP, SWITCH THE PHONE ON. 2 DAYS LATER PHONE IS OFF AGAIN. HOW CAN THEY PIC THE PAYMENT UP AND THEN WHEN YOU PHONE AGAIN THEY DONT PIC IT UP AGAIN. THIS ISSUE GOT ME VERY MAD AND CELL C SERVICE IS POOR, THE STAFF DONT GIVE YOU TIME TO SPEAK. I HAD ENOUGH. I PLEASE NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE ADRESSED WITH THEM ASAP. I WILL ALSO NOT PAY THE PHONE FOR THIS MONTH AS THE PHONE WAS OFF SINCE 08.10.2013. AS A RESULT OF THIS I WANT THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED. IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY TOMORROW 23.10.2013 I WILL LET MY BANK REVERSE THE PAYMENT OF R 518.00 THAT WAS MADE ON THE 08.10.2013. ACCORDING TO MOST OF THE STAFF I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEY COULD PICT THE PAYMENT UP, OTHER ASK ME TO REFAX ONCE AGAIN. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO MAIL, FAX ECT. TO A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE SUCSESFUL..
