I was called by a new business agent 2 days ago but the line dropped. This was for a new contract since I had a contract in April and It expired so I converted both numbers to prepaid as you guys did'nt have a good deal at the time for me.
So I called in and was transferred about 8 times, once the lady put me on hold to 'check' then I was just through to a new agent who said that its impossible since there is a cooling off period.
Why call me in the first place???!! You guys are just wasting my time.
So I guess it is easier to port to another service provider, Well done Vodacom, brilliant business model!!!
Power to me!...to move to another network...
