6 working days and still no SIM card delivered!

I took out a 5GB 12 month data deal (SIM only) on Monday 14th October. My application was approved over the phone (credit check etc) I received an e-mail from CADADVANCE - "Track Your Cell C Order - Sale Reference: SPI004400331" with no link to click on, so my order cannot be tracked at all?? Google search indicates that no one can track their orders - why send a mail with a click link - "TRACK YOUR ORDER"?

I called the call centre this morning spoke to Nomonde, was told that the contract was still in approval process. I indicated my dissatisfaction with this as I was expecting the SIM delivery via courier in 7 business days - being Tuesday 22nd October. Nomonde mailed an individual to expedite the process

Called the call centre again this afternoon, my contract was "approved" today at 1pm. Grace informed me it would take 7 days to deliver the SIM. I indicated that I would not be happy with this. She said it may be delivered by Friday!!! 10 business days to deliver a SIM card - POOR SERVICE DELIVERY.

If SIM does not arrive by this Friday I am cancelling the contract entirely...
