I called in for a new contract on Friday 15/11/2013 for the iPhone 5S.
I then followed up during the following week and was told to wait 7 working days and my phone would be delivered.
I called this morning 25/11/2013 and get told that my contract is no longer approved and they must offer me an alternate package!!!
What the is going on? I run a business and need my phone ASAP! I want no alternative, I want the contract I applied for!
When I called in for this new contract, I was told to cancel my MTN Contract, request to go on to prepaid and then within a few working days my phone would arrive and I will be ported to the Cell C network. I cannot be expected to remain on prepaid when I need a contract to make my business calls and all because of Cell C's incompetence!
I have ported 2 numbers over to you guys in the past year, this was my 3rd and my 4th will be happening shortly but after this shoddy service I will re-think that.
If I don't get any resolution by today then I'm just cancelling the application and moving back to MTN. No one seems to understand the urgency of the matter.
