I received a phone call on the 14 May 2013 from an agent to offer me a contract package and i was happy to apply for the contract. The condition was that the phone will definately be delievered in a week to my work address as i requested, by Ram courier services. I'm still waiting for it but let me further explain the reason for receiving such bad service.

Last week Friday i received an e-mail with a link as proof to show that my contract was approved but my delivery address was incorrect. I then replied to the e-mail asking that my delivery address must be changed to where i'm working. No confirmation was sent to me.

On tuesday at exactly 5pm i contacted the call centre number for applications and upgrades. I then spoke to a call centre agent and queried regarding my pending contract and whether my delivery address details have been changed and it was not updated.

I then asked for the waybill number to track down my contract and the agent could not provide me with it. I couldn't take down his name either because when i asked for it he then held up and when i try to contact him again the call centre was closed

I would like to know when i'm going to receive my phone
