I applied for a contract phone last week, where I contacted them 2 days (21 Nov 2013) after we had finished the application process and the status as per the tracking link provided still was on vetting process. When I called in I was told my application had been approved, the previous day (20th Nov 2013) so it would take 7 working days to get my phone. Now today I track my order and I see that Status is on "Order Cancelled"..Now if you people have decided to cancel my order without me knowing, why couldn't you let me know, as MTN had contacted me, and I declined their offer as I had told them I had already taken a contract with CEll C... If this is how you handle new contracts, then I am glad you cancelled my contract before going any further!! The reference for this order was SPI004495883
