I am so sick and tired of submitting report after report after report for the last 3 almost 4 years. All I am getting is empty promises, no solutions, and little to zero feedback after the first call from the call center who in anycase supply me with zero help and zero solutions. I am still sitting with a coverage problem in my area, internet only works in a certain area in the house with poor reception. Cell C phones have to be manually changed to the Vodacom towers to ensure better reception. If that is not done calls are missed, dropped and sometimes just no signal available at all for hours. Empty promises are being made to have the matter resolved.??? 3 Years and still not!!! how long can it take to resolve this matter??? I am no longer interested in any Cell C product, I want all my contracts cancelled without any penalties to me. You cannot live up to promises. Cancel my contracts or see me in court
