01 October the application done with Cell C Carswald and they informed to go thorough vitality mobile and the transferred the sale to them on the same day. Josslyn called in the afternoon to inform me that the application had been escalated for approval. We did not here from anyone to confirm the approval until we contacted Vitality mobile on the 7th, when we finally got to speak to Josslyn after from being sent from pillar to post. She confirmed that the upgrade had been approved and that she would proceed. We did not receive any feedback from her and had to contact her again on Tuesday only to find that nothing had been done to process the contract. It was only then that she did so and confirmed billing details and delivery detail. We contacted the call centre again on Friday 11 October as we had not heard from her again with regards to confirming time of delivery and were told that there was no record of an upgrade application nor an approval. The process has to be started all over again and we are being subjected to your service level agreement all over again. This is totally unacceptable and I would like a manage to contact me and advise on how this matter will be solved
