I have been battling with Vodacom since July this year and receive emails back from them that a consultant will contact me, it's now November i am still waiting. Last week my daughters number was discontinued from Vodacoms system due to them saying that her phone account is in arrears. I forwarded all the proof of payments to them to prove that her phone is paid up to date. No one has bothered to contact me regarding this problem and my daughters phone is still not connected.
I think the customers service is disgusting and If Vodacom did their job properly then maybe we could all be saved a bit of time and money.
