This is my second draft, first draft only got halfway through before my character limit was exceeded. But to boil it down this is my complaint.
Applied for black Iphone 5 on the 14th Dec, online.
After the first application contact, all correspondence was instigated by me, 12 emails.
First porting attempt was a shambles.
24th Dec application and porting has been approved.
order sent to confirmation team and told the will contact me, no contact.
23 Jan contacted Vodacom, Phone sent to the wrong address on the 17th Jan, no contact from Vodacom.
29 Jan order could not be submitted because no white Iphone available. I informed the I want Black not white.
1 Feb got a White Iphone delivered!!! Not going to return it because I have waited so long and just want a phone. Told porting will take 48 hours. give the 4 days because of the weekend, still not porting. called their help line and was told the port will be done between 9 and 11 on the 5th Feb. Phone was off as per their request, but still no porting.
I am at my wits end, first of all no feed back from Vodacom at all, plus the ineptitude of their porting. If they would let me I would go port the thing myself.
