On 21 October I lodged a complaint about data charges on my account relating to19 Sep 2013 at 4.54 am!!
I phoned Vodacom and they finally agreed that I could not have used the data I am charged for on the handset I am using, but I had to lodge a complaint with the data dept. On 21 Oct I got a reference number 315590546.
This was followed by an sms from Maynard Abrahams that investigation will take approx. 14 working days to be completed. On 8 November I received another sms from Dominic Chinnian to let me know they are still investigating and I will be contacted soon. I keep phoning the data dept, but nobody answers the phones.
"Press # and we will phone you within an hour" is all you get. That does not happen. Vodacom is becoming a company I will no longer recommend.
