Barely a month after using an iPhone 4 I purchased on contract, it stopped working. This happened after it prompted me to perform an upgrade. Upon doing the upgrade, the phone refused to switch on. Instead it would ask me to connect to itunes and when I do, it would switch off. I want to stress this, the phone was working perfectly fine before the upgrade. Now I'm told it has corrosion and it will cost me over R2000 for a replacement phone. Firstly, I don't have that R2000 . Secondly, I refuse to pay for a phone that was working perfectly fine before its software was upgraded.
Another thing, if I didn't phone your repair centre, when were you going to inform me on this?
I curse the day I signed up for a contract with Vodacom. It has been an uphill battle from the beginning!
