I went to the store to buy starter pack and gave the staff my laptop to install the 8ta software to make it possible to use the stater pack because my laptop has internal modem and they did assist, but with my new laptop I went for the same procedure and I have been taken from piller to post and its quite clear the std of service is dropping or the issue is incompetancy. And earlier this month I called the call centre, still I found no joy. I am really disappointed with this 8ta!
