My saga seems to be never-ending. After numerous submissions and plenty of promises and empty promises etc etc, I now have the dilemma of being billed for data charges on a contrat thats been revoked. My dispute was initially around the non-disclosure of info related to an upgrade and its related billing charges. Only sum of the charges were revoked and Vodacom kept billing me for data and never mentioned that the accrual is still ongoing.
THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER IS THAT YOU WERE BILLING ME WITHOUT DISCLOSING ALL THE INFO AND AS SUCH ALL THE DATA CHARGES ARE TO BE REVOKED!!!
I have emailed the CEO directly and to date have not had a response as to why and what they going to do about their pathetic service. The one person asked me to write them a summary letter voiding my concerns etc etc etc. This is appalling and to date it seems that im once again going around in circles.
It seems that i have to prepare myself for another round of battles with incompetence.
