Yet again my cell bill is double than usual! I contacted the call centre today requesting itemised billing as my bill this month is double than the last, due to data charges (for what, only Cell C knows) The call centre agent emailed me a report reflecting only the date, time, amount and the description of "internet" for all the date charges, 20 pages! When I called back to request what these charges were actually for as I do not download anything on my phone, Cell C advised me that I would need a COURT ORDER so that they can send me the website addresses! Should I just accept the charges and trust that Cell C has billed me correctly? How can a service provider charge you for something without any details of proof? Now I need to arrange a court order, on my expense, to get information on a charge that Cell C is billing me for??? Can anyone please assist!
