I was shocked to see that this month my bill was almost double what it usually is. This month I tried to keep my usage to a minimum as I have been getting crazy charges on my data. It is because of this I hardly use my data anymore and try to stick to wifi.
This month I checked my bill to investigate the charges. On the 16th I started to get a R17.55 charge every day (sometimes twice a day) from SMART040 until the end of the month bringing the total charges to an additional R351. How is this possible? I never authorised this, I never subscribed to this, I never wanted this. How is this even legal?
Please cancel this service and refund my money. This is unacceptable in every way shape and form.
