Incorrect billing and no feedbackFor December 2012

For December 2012 Vodacom SP billed me for R4386 where my monthly bill normal is around R350pm for the last 14 months.
The invoice states the majority of the charges are data related even though I am on the full BIS package where data is inclusive.
I have asked Vodacom SP a month ago to investigate as these charges are absolutely ridiculous. They stated that the will investigate a phone me back in 2 days... now almost a month later I still have not received any calls from them. I do still get SMS threads that the are going to cut my phone off.
