I was charged R3723.08 for data usage on a new 2GB data contract which I took out last year. I logged a call 2 weeks ago to query this and I was told that I used 2.2GB of data. I have 3 sim cards linked to this data contract and also requested details on which sim card these data usage/charges were against. They said they would log a query with IT to provide this information.

I then called back 3 days later and found out that the 2GB bundle was not loaded on my account and this would be loaded so I would only be charged for the 200MB used. I then told them that the charges were for more than 1 month as the billing was from 27 Oct to 13 Dec so the data bundle loaded should be more than 2GB. I also requested feedback on which sim card these charges were agianst and the consulted could not understand what I meant by 3 simcards linked to the account.

To date I have not recieved any response from Autopage unless I call to get feedback. These sim cards are used in iPads and there is no way I used 2.2GB of data. I have an ADSL/Wifi at home which I use and the 3G is only used for mail when not at home.
