BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a Nova Tablet from fone choice, I had some problems with the tablet taking exstremely long to switch on and a few other small things, I contacted fone choice and they told me that a courier company would fetch the Tablet from me to have repaired. the tablet was taken away and all my trouble started, i got a package back from Phone choice with a warranty repair document in for a cellular repair centre in capetown but the package did not contaim my tablet but a cellphone belonging to another person,

I contacted the call centre and told them the what happened, they fetched the cell phone from me. I waited a day before following up on what happened to my tablet and was told it is lost and that they are looking for it, now almost two weeks later i still have to phone in almost daily just to be told there is no feedback and someone will call me back.

I want my tablet back o the contract cancelled. I will not pay for something that i did not loose. either replace the lost tablet with a new one or cancel the contract
