I have been waiting for Veronica to give me feedback for 2 weeks now.

still no responce.

I need to know what will happen to my tablet?

See below query.

I went in to the mtn repair centre in midrand to take in my samsung tablet as it was not switching on. They could not pick up the tablet on their system even though the tablet is on a contract with MTN. Instead I was told I would have to pay for the repairs. I told the lady that I will not pay as the tablet is still under warrantee.

Why am i expected to pay, Why are MTN systems not able to pick up the tablet?
