I got a BlackBerry contract in Dec 2012 it didn't work for the 1st month due to connection problems. Then in June, I went to the coast. The battery went flat like every other day. But when I tried to charge it it wouldn't charge. I sent it to cell c repairs and they said it water or humidity damage. I never dropped the phone in water. How can the coast stop it from working. What about people who live there, what happens to their phones? Employees of celll c said i must buy another phone or get another contract, I am currently paying a contract, I still have a year and a half left. Iwant cell c to give me a new phone, I didnt break my phone. If this is not sorted by cell c, I am going to another service provider when my contract is over and my family will all move service providers too. I am not happy with the service i have received, the lack of help, and wanting to make clients happy. I am an extremely upset client, and I hope they will sort this out as soon as possible.
