I logged a fault with Telkom regarding no service on my telephone and DSL line on the 14th of October. I've had 2 technicians call me but no one has physically gone to the actual exchange to fix the problem. I've logged 12 faults this year already regarding issues on my DSL and telephone line, I'm tired of having no service while paying a fortune for 3rd world service. Please can someone just fix the problem once and for all!!
