This is a follow on to my previous complaint. After requesting reports on my phone, deemed "Beyond Economic Repair", the phone was sent back to Johannesburg without my knowledge. I later found out they had to match the phone to the reports in order to send it to me.
After much delay, I was sent one picture. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told I'd have my phone back within 3 days. Needless to say I'm still waiting. They promised me a phone call to confirm when the phone arrives. Why it is taking so long, nobody can say, there was no repair work to be done on my phone, so I'm really baffled.
Its so frustrating, as a long serving Vodacom customer, this is the service I get. I'm still waiting, this phone is under contract, and Vodacom doesn't seem to care. Maybe I should institute legal action, that may provoke some sort of response.
Deeply disgusted, disgruntled and frustrated with this bizarrely loose and pathetic service!
