Vodacom is taking forever to repair my 3 month old

My Blackberry Z10 was losing signal the whole time. I took it in to Vodacom Tygervalley to repair thinking it was still under warranty seeing that the phone is only 3 months old and allready giving problems. The manager at the vodacom 3G store told me that my warranty has been voided because there are some marks on the phone (i mean i cannot where the phone around my neck so obviously there will be marks and scratches on.)
Anyway so they sent the phone away to be asessed and they sent me a quote for R596.00 and then my warranty will be valid again. Its been 4 weeks and i only receive sms's that say your phone parts are on back order. The Vodashop in Tygervalley would of given me loan phone but after i called them 2 and 3 days afterwards they could not yet provide me with a loan phone. i moved from MTN to Vodacom but i should of stayed on my old Network. I phone everyday to find out what is the status of my phone and all they say everyday is the parts is on back order. So i must pay for a phone contract every month and i cant use the thing. i pay for data ect. Can someone from Vodacom please let me know how long i must still wait or Vodacom must give me a new phone.
