Refund Policy, Bad Attitudes, Intervened Sales

Recently added a new contract for a Sony experia z tablet. I asked the consultant if they had a cover for the Sony &he said no they are out of stock/awaiting new stock. One of theother consultants intervened &said they have a universal cover that will fit, the consultantsdid not fit the tablet to the cover, before their closing time, I bought it and was also not informed of the no refund policy (not printed on slip) went back to the branch & the intervened consultant told me then of the no refund & he also promised to have a cover by Saturday for the tablet (with arrogance & attitude & seemingly trying to get rid of me he bluntly ignored me attending to other customers/calls) I already phoned some other branches and no one has stock. What now?
I receive much better services from Vodacom 4u then the actual Vodacom shop!
