BROKEN BLACKBERRY

MY BLACKBERRY WAS GIVEN TO VODACOM ON THE 12TH OF JAN TO BE FIXED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO REPAIR. REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR AN UPDATE, I HAVE RECIEVED NO SUFFICIENT FEEDBACK BESIDES THAT THEY DONE KNOW WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY PHONE BACK. I THEN CALLED THEM YESTERDAY FOR ANOTHER UPDATE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK. I THEN CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO BE TOLD "ITS NOT HERE", AND THAT WAS IT AND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN!!! WHERE IS MY PHONE AND WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG AND WHY CAN NO ONE GIVE ME ANSWERS. I WORK IN AN ENVIROMENT WHERE I NEED MY CELL PHONE AT ALL TIMES. A LOAN PHONE WAS NOT OFFERED AND I HAVE BEEN USING A FRIENDS PHONE JUST SO THAT I CAN CARRY ON WITH WORK AND NO SUFFER. MY FRIEND NOW NEEDS THIS PHONE BACK AND I CANT EVEN GET AN ANSWER FROM VODACOM NORTHGATE AS TO WHERE MY PHONE IS AND HOW LONG I HAVE TO STILL WAIT TO GET IT BACK!! 3 WEEKS IS ACTUALLY PATHETIC, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE.
