I am not very happy with the amount of time it takes for Cell C direct to vet my contract. I applied on Monday and your tracking website says it is still being vetted. If I went to the store I would have had my phone already on Monday. Thought to go through Cell C direct would be less hassle as I couldn't get time off work to go into the store. This is ridiculous! I am a Vodacom customer who came over to Cell C. Obviously this was a wrong move. Vodacom Direct ensures next day delivery if you take out a contract with them over the phone or online!
