Forcing a Contract

My Mother is a loyal Vodacom Customer for many years. She is due for a upgrade on her current
phone. From experience I can tell that when Vodacom Direct Phone they say that they are from Vodacom
and make you feel that you have been hand picked, you are not, just the next on the list.

My mom got the phone call from Vodacom direct as she was entering the church at a funeral, after failed attempts to tell the person she is at a funeral sho asked them to just phone later. They did, they started explaining and asking if she understood all the different terms they where using, she said yes, with this after steam rolling her they set a delivery address and time, she thought it was her Vodacom branch and could not understand why she could not come and have a look at the phone, and was just told the new phone would be a blackberry.

She has now tried to reverse the deal, unsuccessful, you either can't get answer and when you do they just keep on saying it will be revered in 48 hours, that has passed and gone, and they have even tried to deliver the phone in this time???
