Cell C Direct Bad Service

I am existing Cell C client already having two contracts with them. I applied for another contract via Cell C Direct on 31 August 2013. I was told that the phone will be delivered to my door within 5 - 7 working days. On 10 September 2013 I contacted Cell C direct as I still haven't received my phone. I was told that my contract was pre approved and that it still had to go via the credit department to see if I qualify and that it will take another 5-7 working days for the phone to be delivered (Which was not explained to me when I first applied for the contract). On 16 September 2013 I contacted Cell C direct again and was told that my phone is ready for delivery and that the delivery agent (RAM) will contact me the following day with regards to delivery. Today is the 18th September 2013 and I still haven't been contacted. What service is this and on top of it all I am an existing customer?! Its been 18 Days and I haven't received my phone?! And if I even wanted to cancel the contract and go to a Cell C store and apply for it again it will hurt my credit score. Do you guys think I'm stupid?
