Why when you call Cell C direct (084 145) NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE! Th e nature of feedback that goes on in that place is useless! I recently sent my phone back to Cell C because it was faulty (didn't charge) I have had no FEEDBACK with regards to what the status is with my new phone. If I am charged this month for this contract when I haven't even activated my simcard I will cancel this contract (AT NO EXTRA COST) and will move to one of the more efficient networks such as MTN or vodacom.
