Switched my contract from MTN to cell c last year and have been very happy with the service, Last month I moved another 2 contracts from MTN to Cell. I also called Cell C direct around 2 weeks ago to port another number from MTN and take out a new contract, I was told I would receive the new phone in 5 working days.
I called twice last week to follow up and after waiting around 30min was told my application was with the validation department, Called now and I'm told the same thing and I should give them a few days?
How long does it take to validate an existing cell c subscriber? I thought going the Cell C direct route was easier than going to store... I'm seriously regretting it now.
