Referring to my report of 10 Oct @ 10:04 - Still no feedback is provided in person and all of a sudden I am receiving SMS's regarding the fixing of my BRAND NEW Q5! This has been 21 days. Can I please have feedback and a solution on how you are going to bill me. How can you expect a client to pay for something they never had!!!
