I was contacted originally by cell direct to have my contract with 8ta/ telkom mobile renewed the phone thAt was mentioned was Samsung s5 301 which I agreed to. I was then called by another agent and offered the samsung s4 mini which is a better phone. I then called up cell direct to cancel 1st phone contract I was assured it was cancelled. I was unable to go to the telkom store to pick another phone so I agreed to have cell direct deliver the phones to my house. I do have 2 cell contracts with 8ta. Lastly I spoke to Aisha last week and it was agreed upon that my current contract would be put on a month to month contract as until such time cell direct has stock of samsung s4 mini. I have agreed to wait until such time. I did contact cell direct today at around 1 o clock. I was speaking to Candice who spoke to me badly and abruptly. Telling me I cannot be assured of my earlier conversations to cell direct and rudely telling me to go in store I did mention i had already spoken to Aisha and this seemed to irk her more. Simply conversations are recorded at Cell direct I did hear that in the background music. Pls pull this up. Candice was rude her customer. Customer is always right
